I had made 2 consecutive bookings (extended my trip) but was unable to book the same room. They were very helpful in allowing me to stay in the same room for no extra cost. "This hotel is conveniently located next to Warren Street tube. Euston Square tube is a very short distance away. Perfect location if you are going to Wembley Stadium/ Arena and much better value than Wembley hotels. Took us 20 minutes to reach Wembley via Euston Square and only 30 minutes to get out of the stadium, straight onto the tube and back to the hotel. The facilities are good. Very comfy bed and a window that opens for fresh air (air con also available if preferred). The restaurant was excellent for pre concert meal and the bar served us on return. Easy check in and out. "
