"While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response....

"We checked easily and were greeted with smiles from Mikayla. The elevator is great but a challenge with large luggage as it's small, but I got it done. Nice location, room was clean and spacious with nice linens and plenty of towels with a nice shower and hot water. Mikayla and the man, who may be her husband, were so kind to help try to fix my telescoping handle on my big suitcase that the driver broke. He actually was able to fix it well enough to unjam it and get it down, what a relief! ...

"This is a small family run hotel in a quiet neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from the top of the Spanish Steps. Gracious and helpful people, they arranged a driver for us to the airport in the morning. If you want to escape the crowds for a quiet evening dinner there are many good restaurants within walking distance. Huge park nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience."
