"There are 4 rooms only. All on the ground level. That kept everything close and convenient. Walking distance to everything! Safe area. Many small eateries nearby. Tiber River across the street. Good A/C! Clean private bathroom. Wonderful host!!! I would book it again."

"First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was really good and they gave us cappuccinos and coffees espresso that we didn’t have to pay for. And all the water we asked for. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. "Very cute and clean hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant just downstairs, perfect location to walk all around town. The size of the room was perfect, with enough room for 2 luggages. Room was well prepared with anything we may need. Coffee and water dispenser provided. Would recommend."
