"Antonio, our host, was wonderful- easy to communicate with and very kind. "The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. "This is a very small hotel. No need for anything else since it is only a couple blocks away from the Roman Coliseum. There are no services in the hotel. you will get your room and that is it. They only have staff at certain hours duirng the day, so if you are checking in late send them an email. They will respond immediately and their service is great. Happy to book with them again if I go back to Rome "
