The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to settle in for five days without feeling cramped. Large bathroom with a great shower, air conditioning, and a huge balcony with a full seating area and table. I spent a lot of time out there. The room also had a Nespresso machine, which was honestly amazing. Exactly what I needed to start the day before heading out to explore.
On my first night I was too exhausted to go out so I ordered room service, which was a great option to have. The restaurant was fine, nothing special, but solid enough. I’m not really a breakfast person and buffets aren’t really my thing, but it was included so I stopped in for a pastry and cappuccino and it was actually really lovely.
The staff were exceptional. Attentive and genuinely warm from the moment I arrived to the day I left. They really made the trip feel special. Handled my overpacked bag (I can’t help it), helped with transport. And best of all had the room ready early since my flight came in so early in the morning. Life saving. I was checked in and showered and ready to explore.
Location is a big win too. Safe, quiet, and walkable to so many sites and restaurants. As a first-time visitor I had a hard time picking a hotel and this was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but honestly it was worth every penny. Would book it again. 100%
