"Staff was very pleasant. Room was ready way before the time. Fridge in the room was not cleaned out but rest of the room was clean. Food at the restaurant was very good. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
