"The room was excellent, very well designed with superb lighting and design. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice, spacious with plenty of hot water. The room in general was very spacious. Breakfast was fresh, great pastries, fresh eggs, and coffee. The host Giorgio was wonderful , friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He gave us great suggestions for the area. Would highly recommend. Would stay there again."

"The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome."

"Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival."

"We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting. At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing. Shower was nice. When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well. "

"GOOD - Hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. Roberto the bartender was the best. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention he makes the best drinks! But the mixed alcohol drinks were $20 euros each?!?! BAD - The hotel is 2-3 miles from all of the major sites. The air-conditioning was non existent, never got below 20C in our room.
