Location of the property was excellent, near historic attractions, restaurants and shops.
The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and had everything you might need. Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful.
We’re planning to return!
Amazing location. Clean small boutique style hotel. room was nice but the bathroom shower could have been better. Staff very helpful arranging cars etc. Would stay there again!!
Really nice hotel split over a few buildings. Staff were fantastic and room was great. Was a family room and loads of space. Great location with nice food options within walking distance. Would highly recommend
The room was smaller than I expected. No concierge at the location, but they were responsive on the telephone. I would definitely rate it at 4 stars.
The location was great though.
Location was incredible. Walking distance to most major sites. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Highly recommend. They also provided a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to the cruise port at very competitive prices.
Check in was seemless and the staff was friendly. The hotel was situated in the heart of Spagna with access to the metro and high end stores. A quick walk to the trevi fountain or the Spanish steps.
Property was clean and in a great convenient location near the Spanish steps. We booked a more premium room which advertised as looking onto the Spanish steps, but unfortunately there was scaffolding covering the whole window side of the building.
Great rooms, clean and friendly staff! Quiet the walk from the reception to the rooms and also the elevator is extremely small, we had to do several trips in order to get the luggage upstairs. Very good location
The rooms were very clean and the entire staff was incredibly nice and responsive. We stayed one night, left for three days and came back for 9 days. Our kids also had rooms at the hotel. It was a convenient location for walking to all tourist areas in Rome.
For those with allergies to preservatives, there is very little "home made" food in the city of Rome. Most sandwich shops and restaurants use production bread. Would highly recommend Forno Ceralli 1920 for amazing sandwiches - they are a bakery and made their own bread. We made an extra trip to buy food for our long flights home.
Room was small, but we got used to it. It was very clean. Had access to a great rooftop deck in a sister building around the corner. If you pay extra for a balcony, make sure you know what you’re getting as ours was very small and looked down on some undesirable back spaces.. Felt it was expensive relative to other similar and or larger places. The area/location was fabulous.
I've been to Rome many times and the staff here have to be the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in all of Italy.
We stayed in one of the Annex buildings which was right near the Spanish Steps.
Great location.
Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room.
Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port.
We could not have been happier.
10 out of 10.
Will stay here again next time we come back.
