"Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

"This property offers a nicely appointed room hosted by a friendly and helpful gentleman, Fabrizio.
PROS: Nice room in a good location-clean and safe with a mini-fridge, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, filtered water cooler at the entrance, Nespresso coffee maker. Transfers from the airport or cruise port were arranged for an additional cost. The Colosseo Metro stop is an easy walk away.
CONS: The room felt stuffy to us, but there was a lot of noise outside if we opened the...

"The hotel was newly refurbished although construction was still ongoing in some areas during our stay. Our room was clean, modern and felt brand new but there was an odd smell in the room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit."

"The hotel is the Best hotel in Rome. Every single staff is professional, helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had an issue with my uber drive and was dropped off at the wrong hotel nearby and the manager and bell man came to pick me up. Just from the beginning of my stay I could tell this hotel was special. The next time I am in Rome I will absolutely stay here. P.s they have a beautiful room this is ancient ruins and guest have access to it. Super charming!!...

"We had cold water the entire stay. The room was very noisy all night long. They collect the trash at 1:30 in the morning and there was construction across the street that started at 7 AM making a lot of noise. We got no sleep for the week and cold baths every time the lady at the reception was nice though."

"The location of this property was amazing and one of the biggest highlights of our stay in Rome. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, which made sightseeing so easy and convenient. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The only downside was that the washroom had a noticeable sewer smell at times, and because the room was quite small, the smell would sometimes spread through the room as well. Thankfully, we spent most of our days out exploring...
