"Amazing staff. The staff was so attentive and helpful with all of our needs. They helped arrange for transportation to and from the airport and anywhere we needed to go in the city. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Walkable to all of the main attractions. "

"Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

Pools of water on the floor. They provided a little beauty kit with a hair band and cotton buds in a little sealed box. After opening the kit, it had been used and the cotton buds were dirty."

"We loved the location of the property and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately, the housekeeping did not restock well each day. There were no mattress covers on the bed and you could feel the pills on the mattress through the sheets. "

"The lication is amazing, directly opposite the colloseum.
Laura, kept in contact with us before check in and supplied us with all the relevant info for chrck in, door codes etc. The room was beautiful and clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was perfect, hot water, toiletries etc.
Fabulous place and we will definitely return. 10/10"

"Great stay for our 3 nights in Rome! Bed was comfortable, we looked forward to the daily breakfast they dropped off, their turn down service was great and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, loved the Monti neighborhood and the nearby restaurants and shops were great."

"I know a terrible view sounds harsh when most everything was acceptable. But that bed...The mattress was from 2012 and had springs poking out of it and made it impossible to sleep. I mean the floor was more comfortable. most of the staff was polite and informative and helpful but this one rude clerk when we checked out was very rude and made it appear as if I was some type of prima donna because I complained about the bed. I showed him photos of the manufacturing date of the mattress from 2012...
