"If you’re looking for old charm Italy this property is perfect, run by a family for over 30 years, The staff were helpful and very courteous. The rooms are clean, however if you have a disability this might not be the best hotel for you. To get into the bathroom, you have to go up two steps, and some of the bedrooms are small ,that could be a challenge for anyone who may not be able to maneuver stairs or needs a bit more space to get around the room. There is a small elevator in the building....

Never heard back. We also requested a taxi van to the airport early morning. "I read the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. This place was perfect for my wife and I, BUT would NOT be perfect for everyone. My wife and I are walkers. You will walk, a lot. You can take the tram, directly outside of the hotel but I takes time to get to the center of things - you actually have to go in the opposite direction of where you will want to travel and take the tram to the B line to Termini - it is fine, it just takes time.
