"A small, friendly hotel with a welcoming team! It's location is perfect for if your son or daughter is a student in Rome!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed for 3nights and 4 days and had a really great time! The room was really clean when we arrived. Bed was comfy to sleep on too. The breakfast provided was nice, they even got me lactose free croissants and oat milk and left it in our room as I mentioned I had an intolerance. The location was nice and quiet. Easy to walk into the centre about 25-30min to Trevi. There was also a bus stop like 5min walk which we used a few times. Took about just under 20 min to get to the...

"Bella struttura, camera molto pulita e sopra la posizione eccellente"

"This hotel is not a hotel. The room smelled like mold if you did not have the air-conditioning on. The pipes would run all night or if anyone flushed the toilet disrupting your sleep. The breakfast by far was the most disgusting thing. It is not breakfast. We went to try to eat breakfast one day and the room had food there from last night covered in plastic and it smelled like mildew. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was not worth the money."

"Échanges seulement par messages écrits WhatsApp : pas d’interlocuteur direct Difficultés à ouvrir la porte d’entrée => à réparer Odeur de lessive dans toute la chambre faisant tousser ( allergie) => ? Télé inutilisable Pas d’accès à l’ascenseur Lit de camp avec pieds mal vissés => à réparer"

"The flow of the water of the overhead shower is so small that virtually no water was coming out from the overhead. The handheld shower head water flow was also very small and the water temperature was not easy to control. There are 3 doors for you to access and the instructions for opening the main gate/ building door is very confusing. The location is good and easy to access for the must go places."

"Please spend the extra $20 and stay at a reasonable place. Graffiti everywhere and smell of urine. It’s a gangster area. Nothing happened walking late in the evening but I had to cross the street to avoid the gangsters. In the room only one plug worked which was in the bathroom so I had to wait to charge each devise. You have to pay extra for air conditioning. I didn’t dear to wash my hair as the water pressure was poor and the water would switch from hot to cold and then hot again."

"Great little area, kind and attentive staff and the room was very clean and well kept. Air conditioning was amazing and an absolute must for how hot it was"

"Everything was wonderful except for getting access into the building and unit upon initial arrival. When very tired from travelling it was stressful."

"no me gusto el elevador, esta muy incomodo"
