"If you want a cross between a Bed and Breakfast and a Hotel - then this is the right place for you. The staff were warm and friendly, the hotel was quite and calm, only 11 rooms !! The breakfast each morning was terrific, not what we in North America view as a breakfast, but it was terrific !! it was nice to go see Venice by day but then return to the peacefulness of Lido !!

"Quiet island just across Venice. Close to a sandy beach and easy access to Venice and other islands.
Rooftop bar was a good perk, we had aperitivo before going out to supper in Lido.
We stayed in October and it was quieter than Venice but I can see that place booming in the summer months. "

"Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"
