"Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr laut, aber diese kann man ausstellen. Immer wenn wir im Zimmer waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). "If I came back to Venice I would stay again. In a quiet residential area great for someone looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Less than a mile walk to public transportation (water bus) with easy access to all the places you’d want to visit. You have to walk a bit to get to the free public beach- you can’t access it from the end of the road. Friendly staff, cozy room, good atmosphere."

The restaurant staff were not very responsive and the breakfast was the same everyday The scrambled eggs just got harder and harder and the American coffee was like tinted water. "It is a lovely traditional hotel, very clean and full of character. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located near main street and everything is within a walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel, definitely would choose it again."
