"Excellent room with view. Right next to Venice shopping center, which is beautiful, upscale, with shops, restaurants, and gondola rides. This area does not exhibit the poor life conditions prevalent in this country. We were so comfortable here that we did not even go downtown during our 2-day stay. "

"The hotel room is clean and decent size. Staff are really nice. The hotel is near SM aura but the residential view is an eyesore. Thei hotel is walking distance to Market Market and Bonifacio High Street. Their elevator is just so slow. Checkin process is slow as well. But all In all it’s a good place to stay"

"The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the...
