"The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are outstanding, especially at the bar, and therapists in the spa (massage therapist Arlene). My reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that there is a dampness and musty smell in the rooms (not in the main areas). This is likely from the extreme heat, combined with carpeted interiors. I experienced this in the two rooms we occupied (May 17-19 and May 23-27)."

Staff helpful. restaurant has limited choices, waiters not trained. had almost same breakfast each day. repeated orders 3 times and corrected orders but food never came as ordered, not once in 6 days did the orders come as requested. "I have continually stayed at the Sphere for several time while visiting Makati. The staff are extremly helpful and superlative in their service. If you have any questions about the local area they are well informed. The hotel itself is located in close to shopping malls and other areas of interest. Very quiet, and they gym is well maintained.
