"I was bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs. I contacted room service immediately, and when an attendant(Robert) came to inspect the situation, the first thing he said upon seeing the bites was that they were likely caused by bed bugs as if he knew that the hotel had bed bugs. This situation caused me significant distress and disrupted my trip. In an attempt to address my complaint, the hotel moved me to a different room in the middle of the night(3:46 am) I was told this was an upgrade for...

"The hotel was in perfect location, easy access to to shopping centers, groceries and other public attractions nearby. Our room had a Manila bay view, so clean, furnished elegantly. Staff from checking in to housekeeping was very accommodating and professional. Restaurants inside the hotel had variety of choices to choose from buffet to sit down dinner. Overall the hotel and casino definitely highly recommended!"
