"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "Great location. Refined and elegant service. I love the orchestra playing in the lobby towards the evening. It brings a special touch. Been coming since mid 80s and still my favorite hotel in Manila. If only they can modernize the rooms a little bit more. I don’t exactly know what they need to do but it’s a little bit old fashioned and worn out. Despite this I most highly recommend the Pen."
