"Our room had a colony of ants on the wall. It took them the whole day before they can transfer us to another room. Front desk did provide a sense of warm welcome. Customer service had no sense of urgency. Facility itself seemed outdated."

"The staff are very accommodating and friendly my son loves the basketball court where he normally stay and play during our stay. Close to the shop if you want shopping and restaurant accessible to all and you can walk around as well overall it was really a nice area overall my stay is excellent."

"The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. ..."
