"All in all it was a good stay. Was here 8 months prior and it seemed the hotel was more accommodating to the guests expectations of this 5 start hotel. Changes of only offering 1 robe, second only upon request, less accommodating staff and those small added touches like water and coffee in the main lobby had disappeared in only a short period of time. What might I expect to be taken away next was my question? Shortened pool and hot tub hours? Water dispensers in the hallways top be removed?...

"The towels and sheets are stained. There is a terrible smell on the carpet in the hallways as soon as the elevator doors open.and there's a bar across the street with loud music until 5 in the morning, it's impossible to sleep. I don't understand where the “very good” reviews come from. the personal its very friendly thoug"

"Room was immaculate and the views were great. They were more than accommodating, went above and beyond to help me out when my flight got delayed a whole day and were willing to push back my original dates requested. Their sauna was great, their tomato soup was the best I ever had and I’m not even a tomato soup kinda person. Great location. Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and respectful. Thanks for everything Oakwood. Had a blast"
