I am very particular about hotel bathrooms, and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the bathroom in my room. Not only it is small, the water splatters on the floor outside the shower because the glass door is halfway open. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are not firm, towels are very old and over used. The towel are faded and the threads are coming off on the edges. The hotel staff are not very welcoming, they don't greet customers with a big smile, their faces has no emotions whatsoever. They greet the customer "hi how may I help you?" with a straight face!! They guy who checked me in is pleasant but still has no smile in his voice, even told me I can only have one door key because they are running low on cards. Excuse me!!! That is not my problem and it is not a valid excuse! Also when we first checked in, the hotel lobby is hot, A/C unit is not working, hallways are hot as well, only the rooms has a working A/C! Good thing, I got a good view of the BGC skyline in my room, that I like very much! If you are not particular about bathroom and small space, and looking for a budget friendly hotel, then this hotel is for you. We were just here for 2 nights so I did not mind it. But I would not stay here again.
