"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby. They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then...

"The Tower front desk refused to check us in because the owner did not provide them our booking information. Our booking was paid for and confirmed by Expedia, still we Were not given access to our paid room. I incurred additional expense booking a place to stay for the night. Stressful experience for me which could have been avoided had the owner communicated with the Tower staff. . "

"We have always stayed at Aruga when we go to the Philippines for vacation. It is in a very convenient location with lots of food option. The 2 bedroom suite has all tbe space we need."

"It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. "location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "

"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."

"Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"
