Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too.

First time in a HYATT owned hotel, location is great, staff (especially restaurant manager Daria and receptionist Kaylan are outstanding) is really good and friendly and made my trip awesome and feel myself welcomed. It’s LGBTQIA+ friendly. 😊 Rooms are nice, tv and shower doors could be more modern. It is a bit poorly soundproofed which at least at 6th floor should be fixed imho. Breakfast with good coffee and omelets + vegetarian/vegan options. Didn’t use the gym but it’s opened 24/7 I strongly recommend staying there. I’ll visit again!

Absolutely will stay here every time I'm in London

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Every room is beautiful and fully of history. It's centrally located and right near a main subway/tube stop that gives access to multiple lines. Staff and room service was prompt and responsive.
