"We LOVED Mason & Fifth! My husband & I stayed there on two occasions for almost a month. Centrally located, very clean with a large community room on the ground floor and outside seating areas. Best coffee, 5 washers & dryers…. I can’t praise enough the wonderful & professional staff, Katherine, Natalie, Octavio who made us feel at home! A true gem!"

"The room was lovely. However there was not heating and the room was cold. No milk portions for tea or coffee either. I never pick fault but heat and being able to make a coffee/tea with milk is a basic offering I would have thought! "

"difficult to communicate with, they do not respond for days (numerous attempts on various platforms [text, emails, Expedia message and ph calls, all not responded to for 3 days...over and over. Nice apartment and clean. Blind in the bedroom broken Fans do not work Apparent has 4 beds, but u are only allowed to use 3, as linens are ONLY provided for 3. Request for additional linen for the 4th bed was denied. Inflexible...we had a flight cancelation and requested an additional night and was...
