"It was good for the location for a concert at Allegiant stadium. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cons… Waited 25 minutes for an elevator to go down from the 8th floor. Most elevators were out of order so the few they had were completely full by the time they got to the eighth floor. Finally after waiting 25 minutes with 10 other people I hit the up button and immediately I got an elevator but had to ride it up and stop at each floor till the 16th then had to ride it and stop at each floor all the way down with a full load. Stopped at the 8th floor and those same poor souls were still waiting for an elevator. We couldn’t use the fridge or they would charge you $50. I always like to keep cold waters on hand. I went to get ice to put my waters in but the ice machine was completely empty. What a joke. They have a small coffee machine in the room but they charge 16 to use their coffee. Went to the Starbucks but the line was way out the door with no mobile order. I ended up at the Luxor’s Starbucks because they had mobile order. We went to the pool. I went into the wave pool and was kinda slowly going in. It was a hot day but the water was quite cold still. A life guard approached me and said I had to go all the way in past the red line which I saw were up to people’s chest. I said can’t I get used to it? It’s cold. He just stood there with no response so turned around and left. I will never stay here again. It was my birthday weekend and the concert was the only fun. "

"The hotel was amazing but it is a bit misleading to have a building in the Horseshoe Hotel across the way and charge twice the amount regardless if the rooms are renovated "
