"Was very disappointed. Booked a newly renovated room months prior to arrival. We check in nothing available. Finally given room. Definitely not newly renovated. Bathroom door dirty and bathroom had black hair (none of us have black hair), TV did not provide clear picture, refrigerator was fickle - definitely not newly renovated. 3rd time going to Excalibur and the last. Every time getting worse and worse"

"12時のアーリーチェックイン可能の連絡があったにも関わらず、17時到着時点で部屋が出来ていないと言われ、何時になるのか聞いたら清掃は違う部署だから全く分からないと言われました。仕方なく19時過ぎまで待ちましたが連絡がなく、もう一度フロントに行ったら、本来予約されている部屋は用意できないから、別のアップグレードした部屋を今日だけ用意すると言われ、余りの疲れに1度部屋に入りましたが、 やはり納得できずもう一度部屋を変わらないようにしてくれと伝えましたが結局NOと言われました。次の日もう一度マネージャーと話がしたいと伝え、マネージャーのOKをもらい、そのままアップグレードされた部屋に滞在できることになりました。 ただその部屋も最終日頃に排水トラブルが起こりましたが。 ホテル自体はどちらかと言うとカジノを楽しむというよりはクラブなどのナイトライフを楽しむ方向けです。 ただ便利ではありましたし、バルコニーはありがたかったです。"

"Was great for the price. Would love to have two sinks and more outlets in the bathroom (only had on one side) and a tub. Also needed a mirror in the main area! We were on a girls trip so these things stuck out"
