"The property its self was nice and I enjoyed the room. The staff was really not trained and seemed to freak out at everything at the front desk. To be fair it was mainly one stressed out girl who was fairly rude and didn't listen. The breakfast nook staff was very nice. "

"A lovely hotel only wish I stayed there longer. The room was very spacious with two queen beds, Tv, table, microwave, fridge and two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside). It also had a balcony overlooking the street in front and mountain behind. Step outside and your in downtown Jackson, with loads of shops and dining options. Would definitely stay here again!"
