"I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us"

"Very clean and nicely decorated room. I got sick just as we arrived, so parking right outside the door was great. We had a 2 Queen rooms. It was comfortable, we slept great, and enjoyed picking up continental breakfast before heading out. Note, this is not the walkable area of Estes Park, but is easy to get to and from RMNP. My only suggestion is for better lighting in the room. Sink is outside of bathroom. Vanity lights were for aesthetics, and did not help with mirror tasks like makeup,...

"We would like to recognize Preston at the front desk of the Gateway Inn for providing truly exceptional customer service that went far above and beyond his job description. After an eight-hour drive, we arrived about four hours before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time and asked if our room—or any available room—might be ready. We even offered to pay an early check-in fee. Unfortunately, the manager at the front desk barely acknowledged us, simply said our room wasn’t ready, and told us to find...

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"Incredibly clean room and wonderful stay! We were expecting the slow wifi and limited cell phone signal which was actually nice to keep us focused on connecting with nature. The staff were so helpful and kind and it was a great location close to the national park but very peaceful."

"This resort has a great location, with a clear view of mountains in the Park and a short drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance an to downtown Estes Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times over the years and hope to stay there again in the future."
