"Beautiful setting by the river with mountain peak views. Convenient parking near the room. Spacious room with table, couch, stove, micro, sink, coffee maker. Helped us save money on preparing food. Couch not facing TV. No decaf coffee! Very convenient checkin and out. Excellent riverside deck & bank with chairs. Excellent location near RMNP & local parks."

"All rooms in this area are pretty expensive during the summer. The location was great just outside the entrance to the park. The room was clean. The bed was very firm. The walls were a bit thin as you could clearly hear neighbors conversations. Luckily our neighbors all went to sleep about the same time as us. Definitely would stay again if in the area."

"I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us"

"We called ahead to see about dropping off our luggage ahead of check-in, and the helpful voice on the phone went ahead and checked us in and offered an upgraded room. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned when we saw the building (it was built in the 50s), but we were pleasantly surprised. The building looked very well kept and our room was even nicer. It had obviously had recent renovations. The room was immaculate. The bathroom was modern and we found plenty of electrical outlets...

"We liked everything about this property except service in the restaurant and bar. We went to the bar for a late lunch and the waitress left us with the menus, disappeared, and when I talked to the bar person about ordering, I saw our waitress outside smoking with her manager! Only one person dealing with guests at breakfast and obviously brand new and untrained. These wait staff were pleasant people but needed someone on site to give them guidance. Breakfasts did not come with the room so...

"Stayed for one night, all and all it was a nice stay. The only complaint I could make is that the showers are so small, you can’t move in them but the property was so pretty and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again."

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"Incredibly clean room and wonderful stay! We were expecting the slow wifi and limited cell phone signal which was actually nice to keep us focused on connecting with nature. The staff were so helpful and kind and it was a great location close to the national park but very peaceful."
