"My husband and I love this hotel and try and stay when the prices are reasonable. It is so convenient for walking to all the stores, restaurants and pubs. The best feature is the rooftop hot tub when it’s working. I was really looking forward to the hot tub on our recent visit but was so disappointed to find out it has been out of service for awhile. I will definitely call and ask if it’s available before booking our next trip."

"Our stay was great, as always. Although the room was clean and the bathroom sparkling, the carpet had seen better days and needed shampooed or replaced. That is the only reason for a four star instead of a five. Service and the breakfast here are stellar."

"Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !"
