"Ring around the toilet, toilet was cracked and when flushed it did not drain. The hair dryer did not work and the front desk just said she would make a note of it. Not a smart TV and most channels were in Spanish. Air diss not cool all the way. Never ever come back."

"We were turned away at 2:30 because our room wasn’t ready. 4:00, we were told. We came back at 4:00 and found the room was clean and cool. Very comfortable bed. Not impressed with the limited TV channels. (We like the Flavour and Food network!) No fan in the bathroom, which I thought was odd, and there should be a rubber mat so guests can avoid slipping. Also there were only two bath towels. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, kudos to the chef who kept the steam trays...
