"All was good! I read reviews after booking this hotel and was slightly worried, but I shouldn’t have been, check in was good, room was ok, clean beds and bathroom, carpet does need a clean, but besides that would use hotel again, close to shops and train station ☺️"

"I paid for my stay through Expedia several months in advance, but upon check‑in in May, the front desk informed me that payment was required again. I was charged a second time and was given an invoice, with the staff telling me to contact Expedia myself for reimbursement. On June 1st, I followed up with Expedia, and they confirmed they had already reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff claimed that no one on duty could handle the issue. "Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely. The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point!
