However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. "This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment....
