We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Florence! The room was absolutely amazing — spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and you can tell the property is very well maintained. The concierge staff was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They even left me a birthday card and a sweet birthday treat in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel extra special. I truly loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We can’t wait to come back!

This brand-new luxury hotel is tucked away in a quiet pocket just outside the city, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully finished, and very well insulated — wonderfully peaceful at night. Facilities like the on-site laundry are a great touch, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended.

I stayed here for over a week in late October. The room was more beautiful and impressive in person than in the photos! The balcony was such a treat! The staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. I never heard a peep or any noise from other rooms or outside. The bath towels are oversized, which is such a dream for a larger person! The bed is my only complaint. It was a beautiful queen size bed but it was too firm for me. I would recommend this hotel!

Top notch staff, beautiful, great location

The apartment was beautiful and I only have 2 comments. They could have explained how the lighting worked in the room. Lots of wonderful lighting just almost took a week to figure it out. Construction still going on and sometimes it would wake me up at 7:30. But the staff is top notch.
