The apartment is as great as the photos, very clean, beautiful and the location could not have been better. Our stay at the Rosso Tiziano apartment in Florence was fantastic! The location was perfect—you could walk everywhere. We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

We adored this property. The location could not be beat as it was steps from the Duomo and The Accademia, and a tremendous number of restaurants. But it really was the design and lay out of this property that shone. The home was fully loaded with all necessary amenities (dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc). And the loft lay out allowed us to accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult sleeping arrangements very comfortably. I would give more than 5 stars for this beautiful space.

Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art

This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!
