I'm a review reader was very skeptical about booking here off what I read . PEASE see for yourself this place is awesome im so glad we came here for my son birthday it was very clean the beds was comfortable the pools on both sides was clean ,kids loved it families everywhere treating each other with respect. We had a blast the breakfast buffet was nice kids under 12 eat for free. Arcade nice, Staff very welcoming we took the shuttle from CoCo to Universal studio that place was epic. The tiki bar at Coco was nice ,live entertainment (singer) The gift shop, Housekeeping was great, of course the floors gonna be wet if your coming back in fourth from the waterpark. The staff was doing a wonderful JOB please take your family. We had no problems restaurant's everywhere in walking distance, stores across the street. Go enjoy! Think positive.

It is a nice place to share with family and especially when you have children. The only observation I made was that the floor in the rooms was very dirty.
