"A very busy place,if you are visiting during weekend you have to be patient because elevators to your rooms will be overcrowded. my room was all smelling cigarette and i ended up sleeping in my sisters room because they could shift me to another room that night , house keeping should really pay attention to this when cleaning their rooms,.security/incidental deposit is just too much and a nightmare, guests need to pay 200 dollars"

"The check-in staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The mini refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived, but Engineering responded quickly and replaced it without any hassle. The bed was also very comfortable.
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping and towel service during our three-night stay. While this may be the hotel's current policy, it's something guests should be aware of before booking.
