"The sky suite asst mgr Lily was incapable of handling the issue we encountered - no hot water. Accessibility to warm/ hot water is a basic necessity for any hotel guest but her resolution was for us to "shower and use the spa facilities." She did not show any compassion nor empathy to our situation that we had to beg her to change our rooms to a room with a hot water access. We arrived Friday and no access to hot water until Saturday late afternoon. She gave us $150 comp for food and...

"The room was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of light, especially in bathroom for make up. Big mirror for outfit checks. The bed was really comfortable. I didn’t gamble or drink there so no opinion on that but otherwise a great place to stay on the strip"
