We rented the standard Mountain View studio which can easily accommodate 4 people. It is very clean and fully contained with your own kitchen and bathroom. Towels and linens are clean too. Own parking is just outside the door. Many sports and leisure actvities for kids. Just 5 minutes to Arrowtown village and 20 minutes to and from the airport and Queenstown city centre. Staff...

"There is no housekeeping service if you stay less than 4 days. Located on a steep hill top. If you have difficulty in walking, this place is not suitable. "

"Spotlessly clean, nicely appointed apartment, lovely patio deck, washer dryer was nice but dryer didn’t seem to work. It got hot but trapped all the steamy moisture from clothes so they never really got dry. It was a minor issue. It was nice to go to the store a few minutes from Quest and make dinner in our apartment. Ask for the overseas visitor discount at New World market. "

"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way. LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10...

"Fairly new, clean and well equipped rooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fitness center was great Ruth free weights, floor space, adjustable bench and several machines. "

"Excellent staff helped with late checkin, unfortunately the place is old needs updating. Room smelt musty and needed a deep clean. Mould in bathroom, dusty dirty as behind furniture. Expected more for the price. "

"We booked this because so many posts about it having a great view for the price. Unfortunately, we thought we were getting a room with the great view it showed in the pictures, but in reality, because of the room type we booked - kitchenette - we got a room on the lowest floor. The view was still good but the balcony is smaller so doesn’t allow space for sitting on it. The good news is we ended up being there for only one sunset, and we can easily transport our luggage from the patio down down...
