"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."

We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room. "This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

"We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic!
