"The place was clean and the staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. The reception area is cosy and nicely done with board games, books and a fireplace. We had booked and paid for an Alpine view room, but were given a room at the end of the hallway with only a partial view of the mountains - and only if you stepped onto the balcony and looked to your left. The view from inside the room was definitely not "Alpine view," just trees. Housekeeping also left some dirty dishes behind and...

"This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much"
