"Nice stay"

"Everything about this place is great, staff, location, and the room was tidy and warm. My only issue, which is more for other people is that the hot water in the shower doesn't work very well. The hot water on the sink tap is fine, but the shower struggles even for lukewarm. Luckily, I shower cold most of the time anyway, but others may not like it. Some pics just before I left"

"The Hotel is good value close to the Airport and about 15 minutes from Centre of Queenstown. The room is basic but has everything needed for a short stay. Our room did have the sound of running water through the night so not sure if it was the air conditioning or noise from another room."

"We stayed here on Wed 27 May - Sat 30 May 2026. A family of 5 (Myself, hubby, 3 daughters aged 26,18 & 16). Firstly, Hilton QTN is like a maze, make sure someone can help show you to your room, we got lost trying to find it ourselves, luckily a cleaner helped us. We had the Hilton Lakeside 2bdrm suite (Room 102). 1 bdrm had a queen bed & the 2nd bdrm had x2 single beds. One of my daughters had to sleep on the couch (which was fine by her) plus State of Origin was on + she had the TV to...

"We had a 1 bedroom lake view facing apartment and it was wonderful. The views were stunning, a great place to relax or do lots of activities. Easy walk into town, there was a big hill to walk up on the way back but read a review where they advised entering the QT from the esplanade and taking the lift up which comes out at street level of Highview apartments, made the walk so much easier"

"The hotel was generally very good, good location quiet and staff were very nice, restaurant and bar were also good but it has strange house keeping they never came until close on dinner time I have never seen this anywhere before and not just one day which is really inconvenient. Also the gym is down at same level as the car park with no swipe card for entry so anyone could enter so my wife didn’t feel safe also machines faced the wall not the door, they were reasonably old which didn’t match...

"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

"This property is more for younger travellers. My husband has mobility issues so we needed to change the assigned room. Although the restaurant was fine, it really wasn’t to our taste. Not as adventurous as we once were. Would have nice to be able to get basic eggs on toast."
