"Good spacious room with ample amenities"

"Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived"

"A fantastic stay at the hotel. All staff members are great. The bus to and from the airport is just nearby. Around 10-minute walking distance to the town centre and the Skyline Gondola. Will definitely stay again if we visit Queenstown in the future."

"It didn’t live up to the usual Hilton standards. The room was booked for two people, but only one pair of slippers was provided. There was a hair in the bathroom sink and stains on the carpet. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. As we were very tired and only staying for one night, we didn’t contact the hotel. Although the room’s size and appearance were different from the photos shown when we booked, the view was quite nice."

"We had a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking the lake. Pros: 1) The lake view is amazing. 2)The beds and couches were very comfortable. 3)The kitchen was well equipped. 4)Parking was always available when we needed it. 5) The washer/dryer combo unit was handy but allow extra time for air drying of clothes after use on the provided drying rack. Cons: 1) We were given an accessible room but we did not require those capabilities. The shower does not drain well and the...
