"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater."

"The entire hotel is under construction, the foyer is a construction zone, you’re eating breakfast next to someone using power tools and another painting the walls.. one of the two washing machines/dryers is out of order, the tv has about 3 free view channels only, rooms aren’t sound proof like other hotels in the area were so you can hear all that construction plus the ppl in the hallway.. we booked a queen bed/room and were given a double/twin.. it was on the cheaper side, but not worth it."

"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

"Loved that it is environmentally focused. Showers were great. Much better than they looked as I am not really a fan of showers over a bath. Restaurant was AMAZING! I would come here again regardless of whether I was staying or not. Wrong grind of coffee for the plunger, but that is really the only negative I can think of :)"

"During our 7-day stay, waking up each morning to see the sunlight hitting Deer Park Heights across the lake was a highlight. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. While the location is a bit outside the town center, the hotel provides a very convenient and punctual hourly shuttle.
