"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended."

"Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. "

"If you’re looking for a good location, roof above your head, and basic necessities, it’s fine. Staff was great. Washer ruined my clothes. Dryers didn’t dry clothes. Bed sheets had weird stains on them. It was whatever. I feel like it looks luxury in the pictures but it was definitely not, at least in the room we stayed. But it worked for what we needed."

"QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again."

"Unfortunately, I booked accommodation early March 2026 and received a phone call a week prior to going to Queenstown to advise they had overbooked. I then had to follow up a couple of days prior to leaving due to lack of communication. They stated they had sent confirmation of booking via email alas I did not receive until I reached out again! They had organized alternative accommodation with their sister company - The Lofts which we were not happy with the accommodation due to lack of...

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."
