Our stay here was okay. The bed was very lumpy as were the pillows. We asked at reception but they didnt have any other pillows to swap out. The walls in the room had alot of marks and dings all over them which was strange for a new hotel, however the room was a good size. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fine as we had a car but could be problematic if you are using public transport. Easy parking onsite. Great view of the Remarkables.

Quiet hotel. 15 minutes walk 4 min drive to supermarket. Cafe 10 min walk. Friendly staff. Has coffee and toasted sandwich etc, available for purchase in lobby area. 20 min to Queenstown by car. Less than 10 min to Queenstown airport. Warm hotel

Great location close to the airport and away from the noise of central Queenstown - which is only a 10-15 min drive away. Like other reviews, free parking is at a premium on the hotel grounds and insufficient for the size of the hotel - we knew this prior to booking however. The room itself was basic but was warm and clean. Pillows were very thin and our room had a persistent high pitch sound coming from the wall throughout our 5 nights there. The hotel was suitable for a short term stay but we would likely book elsewhere on our next visit.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, we stayed for a week, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were lucky with parking, had no issues. Close to shops, cafe’s restaurants and only an hour drive to the Cadrona snow fields.

Great hotel! Clean, updated, comfortable beds, great staff! La Quinta is in a newer developed area that is still underway, therefore there isn't a whole lot nearby, but there is a bus stop and a grocery store with a smaller shopping development.

Great hotel for the price! Very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a Remarkable view room which was lovely. Parking is a BIG issue - if you return after 6pm don’t expect a park. There is an easy public park behind but is $8-10 a day. There is nothing around, we enjoyed the quietness, but you definitely need a car to get around. A couple of minutes to the shops, cafes and not far from Queenstown centre or Remarkables.

It is wrong to offer free parking, then email your guests that it is limited a day or two before arriving, when it's to late to make changes. You should have this in your adds. With all the empty paddocks around the building, the company should lease one or part of for the overflow.

Decent accommodation. Howecer, I will not book again at this acommodation. I booked a Standard Room with Mountain view 1 King Bed. The bed was made up of two single mattress and base pushed together so i told the reception and they offered to change my room the next morning at 8am. When i got to the reception at 8am the staff was not there and different staff asked me about the situation. She upgraded my room, which was fair. But, the floors were filthy. Hair strands, tissue and lint thread was all over the bathroom floors and were not vacuum or mopped. Housekeeping came every afternoon to ask to change or infill towels or do cleaning which was good but very standard.

Property was great to stay at, staff always polite and helpful. Parking is an issue with limited spots however the lot behind is paid parking, best option is to pay for multiple days so you can just go there and park rather than driving around to never find one! Especially after a big day of exploring the area.
