"We have great time at hotel "

"When we finally got the keys to our room, it turned out the room was already occupied so we had to go back to the lobby and get a new room. We were in a rush to get to a dinner event so this turned out to be a real inconvenience. Never happened here before, so just hoping it’s a one off as we stay here somewhat often. "

"The rooms had a bad smell. They were dirty and need an upgrade for sure. The pictures look nothing like real life. We checked in got to the room and left. They charged us for that night but we were not staying there! We ended up at the M Social Hotel and it was amazing. "

"Excellent location in the theater district. It works especially well for people visiting for Broadway shows. No frills (no fridge in my room), but clean & desk attendants were friendly & professional Excellent value for the money Thumbs up"

"This hotel is in a great location. The service was friendly and attentive. The rooms were small, but clean and well attended to. Times Square and many other attractions are walkable from the location and a subway station is also very nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
