"The elevator was disgusting and smelled terrible. The room was full of hair and dirty clothing on sides and underneath the bed from previous people. The AC was loud and broken. The bathroom looked like someone kicked out the door from the inside out and the chips in the tub were rusted. "The room is big by New York standards but the hotel feels a bit old and outdated. Needs a face lift urgently. Rooms need better maintenance, specially the bathrooms.
