"Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star.
Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. Food was not refill after finished.

"The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach!
The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well.
A 5 minute slow walk from the beach, and there is a supermarket literally 5 meters from the front door.

"The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautifully presented with a balance between traditional furnishings and modern amenities. The only drawback was that there was no A/C in the house other than the bedroom, so it could get quite hot. However, the A/C in the bedroom worked very well so there was no problem falling asleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Penang."

"Check in experience not good, no smile, not friendly, slow and dosent know what she is doing. Keep asking the same question despite answered her 3 different times. Prolonging the check in process by Asking to show my hotels.com booking number so on and so forth. I have drove 5 hrs to reach ur resort n very tiring.. Totally different from Shangri-La KL check in process which is fast n friendly. FNB staffs all with a smile. Chef at roti bakar prepare the roti without me asking after the first day he know how i want my roti bakar. Impressive!
