The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. "Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. The restaurant staff - from servers to the chef’s all did a great job. I wish I had individual names to give. And the reception staff - Giang, Nam, Dat, and the others were always friendly and helpful. Next time we Come to Hanoi (to visit our kids) we will definitely choose Elegant Suites Westland. "

"Big apartment with 2 bedrooms , living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Washer included in unit. Large swimming pool and playground for kids. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. There are a few restaurants close by. Shuttle runs 3 or 4 times a day to different places near old quarter. "

I have to HIGHLIGHT an owner who acted above and way beyond common business practices/ rules and policies to ensure forms of trust, local custom, and last impression will be cherished by a customer (me) for years to come. A storyline was I booked and fully paid (non- refundable)room for 14 nights, and I decided to moved out of Label6Coliving apartment on 8th night. According to the rule and policy, it understandably non refundable. Yet, the owner was happily and unhesitatingly willingly to refund me a remaining 6 nights. All I can say is“ it is UNBELIEVABLE!” "
