"Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and that they responded quickly with energies we had. My son had medical emergency and the staff quickly came to rush him ro the in-house clinic to patch him up. Our son also got lost for 30 min as he continued to walk ahead. Security rushed into action and was able to locate him quickly. We left a cell phone in the service van we used and front desk did everything they could to help identify the vehicle and driver. "The property and area are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. However, my two biggest complaints is this studio is not a part of the resort. It’s owned by someone renting it out. The initial communication from the owner was rude, although it improved, I was still very displeased with some of the comments made. Personally I would choose a room that provides full transparency, because there was not full disclosure of the property in the initial booking."
