"A really nice motel, quiet, near the river with beautiful mature vegattion around it. Super friendly staff. Rooms and decor were dated but in really good condition and quality. Better than a lot of new junky motels. "

Just a Spanish style hotel made it a better experience for us, San Luis Obispo county is awesome and great weather even though it is April ! Been here couple of times and plan to come again . "

"Very nice and the breakfast was very good. Great cheese omelet. Staff was especially nice. The only negative was the price had gone up in the last few month since it was sold. You even had to pay $15 per car to park in their parking lot. Not covered and the seagulls made a mess! . Keep that in mind. "
