The good, the views at this property are simply spectacular!!! Especially at night with the sunset. Aside from that it appears that this property might be a timeshare scenario as the property management was very vague in terms of offering any sort of information with regards to housekeeping. You have to request a day prior according to one of the housekeeping staff members we asked why our room had not been cleaned. Another thing is the water tends to flow very slowly and at times totally goes out when flushing the toilet. The staff is somewhat more attentive towards other guests and that I refer to the timeshare clientele. Other than that the breakfast is good nothing fancy free and to the point. The property is a short 15 minute walk to the pier at pismo. And within driving distance to other attractions.

Clean, spacious room with beautiful view. Balcony was a decent size space. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bedding was comfortable, bed was decent. Added another night with an upgraded room. View was breathtaking and even more spacious. Amazing walkway path to beach and plenty of sitting areas around property to watch ocean and sunset. Highly recommend this place if don’t want to be around the busy part of pier area. Only 15 min walk on beach to pier.

The lady in the front office was not very friendly. I’m not sure if she was the manager, but when we asked for coffee she didn’t even look at us and answered in a rude way. It made us feel uncomfortable and not very welcome.

The ocean view from the patio was very nice, however the overall stay was slightly below mediocre. The bed was uncomfortable, the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was very weak, and the most annoying part was the noise level in the middle of the night. The stomping, running in the hallways, and the thin walls does not make the room stay peaceful. All of this lead to me ending my stay a day early. If you can somehow tolerate these things, then the experience is fine but I do not plan on returning to this place.

The property and staff were all wonderful. We really enjoyed the rooftop sunset and all the views of the ocean. They have done a wonderful job on the stairway to get down to the beach. The only negative comment is regarding the bed, it was pretty hard. Would have slept better if the bed was a little softer. But I would recommend this property if you are looking for beautiful property with wonderful views.
