"Everything was great"

"The room was just as described. The fireplace was perfect and the bed was comfy and cozy. The only drawback was the shower over the jacuzzi type tub. You had to setup 2.5’ to get in."

"Gaining access to the room was easy- especially the flexible option of arriving after hours and using the app to open the door. I honestly had no human interaction to get into the space and upon exiting at the end of the trip. I didn’t see housekeeping but noticed the towels had been replaced and toilet paper roll. HOWEVER. "This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful."

"No real instructions given on arrival. Room was the one with worst possible view and near construction in rooms next door. Hotel was great location but had a hard time enjoying the ocean from room. Supplies were not left for a 5 night stay."

"Excellent and great staffs"

"Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us. "

"We love your hotel but the upstairs windows have been restricted to just opening a small bit rather than the whole way. This obstructs our upstairs ocean view that we pay extra for and really we missed the air and view the full opened windows provide. "

"This stay was the second time I stayed at this property. This time I came with my family. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. My 8 year old nephew was very impressed with the decor and the view. Pismo Beach is always a CA getaway fave."
