"This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Thanks to all the staff such as Charlie who work really hard and make people feel welcome. The breakfasts were nice and daily room service with clean towels daily. We got a twin single room, the room was nice, not the most spacious but has enough room for everything you need.

"The five Residence location, room, staff , food quality, breakfast buffet and amenities are suppers. Would definitely stay here again next time im Vietnam. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are supper clean . It feels very comfortable here. The views are great. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Convenient although basic amenities. Comfortable and spacious. Certainly clean. The bathrooms above make a noise though and you should ask for a room that doesn’t face the airport or main road. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Worth what you pay and the proximity to the airport means just a 10 minute drive."

" Royal Palace Hotel is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Led by amazing staff! Jimmi (manager) looked after you and ensured we had everything we needed! Staff remembered my name. There was a good selection for breakfast - nothing to complain about!
