The hotel is in an awesome location in the old quarter easy walking distance to all the sights. The staff were amazing particularly Liam who was so good and arranged most of the trips and transportation for me as was Willy and the rest off the staff. The roof top pool and bar is great and the breakfast delicious. I liked it so much i booked another night on my return to Hanoi. I highly recommend Solaria Tesori Hotel.

The staff is very welcoming and flexible. Our room was big and comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious, and if you're not into Vietnamese food, they have other options, but their food is Good! This was one of the best experiences and stays on my trip in Vietnam! Staff is soo accommodating and extremely kind. Hannah was exceptional, she helped my mom plan a trip to Nimh Bihn and even brought her tea when she was cold after she was out in the rain. All the other staff were so kind as well. Breakfast was also incredible with tons of options. This was a great location, next to many shops, tourists attractions, markets, and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great addition. Rooms were comfortable and a good size for two people. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here when they are deciding to visit Vietnam.

We absolutely love this hotel, the service was excellent from start to finish. They served us a welcome drink and dessert when we arrived and they gave us a lovely gift when we left which I've been using at home. The 2 rooms we booked were very nice, spacious and clean. If you are looking for a good hotel that’s in the centre but not on the main road, this is your place to go. The Location is great to explore the surrounding areas of Hanoi. The hotel room was very comfortable and had a very nice interior with attention to detail. I also want to mention the staff: everyone from the doorman to the reception to the restaurant was extremely friendly and always helpful. I want to highlight Hannah, Liam and Eddie who helped me out a lot during my stay and made me feel very welcome. Thanks again! I also recommend using the laundry service (very neatly done) and the spa.
