"I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. But i mentioned before, got ciggy smell w my previous check in, strict implementation should be there since the corridor no aircond and there is a healthcare wellness for women and children centre, the smell can seep into the room.
